what should i wear to my sixth form graduation??

obviously the cap and gown will cover up most of it, but i was wondering what people usually wear.. my friends aren't sure either. im also in a bit of a time constraint because the ceremony is in 6 days and i dont have anything!!

i wore a white knitted maxi dress and my friend wore a similar sleeveless white maxi, it looked really nice!!! i also added a statement necklace and navy heels. another friend of mine wore a white and blue floral maxi dress. our caps and gowns were navy blue though.
Your sixth form has a graduation? That's different.
