Looking to find someone to fill my tenancy in the Brookland Road location Student Roost which is 5 minutes away from the University of Leicester campus, as I have found a placement for the upcoming academic year.
For security, takeover will be officially completed by the Student Roost team after referral.

-Room Type: Ensuite Silver Plus (~15.9m²)
-Contract Length: 44 weeks (2nd Sept 2025 – 8th July 2026)
-Price: £165 per week
-No deposit required (If not a current Student Roost resident, then a £250 Advance Rent Payment is required upon booking which will be credited to the final rent instalment)
-Guarantor required
-Student must be registered in a 25/26 academic course at any Leicester university
