I just realised my passion for biology this late into the UCAS process. HELP

I'm very lost right now please anyone help
Here is my current situation:

In 2024, after I got my exam results in august I took a gap year to enroll in another college; this was in order to gain more UCAS points so I could potentially get into a better uni.

Today, in my gap year, I study business (for the points) and I had planned to retake my psychology A-level as I originally scored a lower score last year (I got a D, i'm aware i'm a bad student). However in the end i'm not doing my psychology retake because one of the exams landed on the same day as my business exams and neither exam board wanted to help me so I had to cancel my psychology retake.

To get to the point, just an hour ago I have reignited my previous passion for biology, but I have already submitted my UCAS application and have written my personal statement in a way that is psychology oriented. I still have 4 options to put down as my uni choice.

My original aim was to put down Queen Mary University of London - Foundation Psychology Course (known as CCX2: Biological sciences with foundation) which has the entry requirements of CCC which is definitely within my abilities.

However now I really want to pursue biology; with my personal statement already directed toward psychology should I just put down Foundation Psychology as my main choice this year and hope to switch to biology when I am in. Or do I put down Foundation Biology which also has the requirements of CCC.

I'll will be constantly checking for replies. Thank you if you can give me some assistance.

I would contact Queen Mary first and ask if they'll be happy to accept your qualifications. They may say yes or no. Be prepared to write a new personal statement if they ask though.

Do you mean that you have already submitted a UCAS application this year?
When did you apply, how many choices did you use, and have you already had replies?
What qualifications/grades do you actually have?
And why - suddenly - do you want to study Biology?
