Econ unis in clearing
I was a bit silly when picking my course and have decided to change courses and i am trying to cahnge to econ what are the best unis that i can find in clearing

As above, 'top' Unis for Economics will by definition not need to be in Clearing.
You best option is to make Firm/Insurance choices from the offers you have, work your socks off to get the best grades you can, and on Results Day when you have your actual results, you can see if Economics is a realistic option, and then think about taking a gap-year and reapplying - or just going with any place you then hold.
