MPhil Medical Science at Cambridge

I have an interview coming up at Cambridge for MPhil in Medical Science and I wanted to ask if anyone here has had an interview and was willing to give me some tips. I've not really done any interviews for past few years with my last interview being for Medical School so I am quite nervous.
Would appreciate any tips on what type of questions to expect and how much pre-reading I should be doing.
