Cambridge Sister College Preference?
Hey. So I went to a college (TCD) which is sister to Cambridge's St Johns. I now have an offer for an MPhil there. I was wondering if Oxbridge colleges give preference to students from their sister colleges in the college allotment process?

Nope, 99% of Colleges don't even know who their sister College is. It's a non-thing.

I mean the students not knowing makes sense but even Admissions?

Yes, it's not a real, every-day thing. It's like towns that are twinned with other towns, there might be a shared dinner, or sports match once a year, but it doesn't have any more meaning than that.
