confused- SFE partner separation evidence

Hi, SFE
I am confident, I'm in my 3 year.I started application with my partner, now we are separated. I applied for 25/26 as separated,SFE is asking for prove which I do not have yet as our separation is new.If I put *married* am sure he won't support my application.
I have 3kids.
how do I navigate this as application has not progressed due to this issue.

Hi there, we would request that the Marital Status Confirmation form be completed for to provide as much information as possible. If there is no formal separation evidence available then we would be requiring a Council tax bill that shows one of these discounts:

•

25% single person occupancy discount

•

18-20 still in education

•

Single person discount

•

Sole occupier discount

•

Only one adult resident

If you do not have this then you can submit a copy of your Tenancy Agreement/Mortgage Statement and two utility bills, (in your own name only) dated within the last 6 months (gas, electric, water, council tax, landline etc.) with the required Marital Status Declaration form, this can be obtained from contacting us on 0300 100 0607 and this can be emailed once contacted, and once complete can be uploaded via the online account.
