If it is a pre-reg masters and you are a home student, then the course is eligible for undergraduate funding - both tuition fee and maintenance loans. The amount of maintenance loan you could receive depends on household income. In addition, you would be able to apply to the NHS Learning Support Fund for the annual training grant of £5k plus other benefits:

Then no it won't be a pre-reg masters and what I said above re funding won't apply (a pre-reg masters is a condensed version of the undergrad course).
Postgrad masters course funding is £12,858.
