Hey, I did this unit a couple of years ago, still have my coursework and can help you. Could you tell me where Task Two starts, because I can't seem to find it within my coursework. For example, is it: C.P6 Compare the influence of different health and safety laws or policies on health and social care practice in a selected setting?
Or do you mean case study 2?

Okay so i did the Welling's Ward for my case study but follow a simular structure. You should just approach task 2 the same as you did with task 1, nothing changes really.
CP.6: Write about all policies relating to healthcare and link it back with you case study. Did Beeches centre meet those polices and guidelines? I structured mine like this: The Care Act (2014) replaces 9 existing acts: National Assistance Act, Health Services and Public Health Act, Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act, Section 254 of the NHS Act, Section 117 of the Mental Health Act, Carers Legislation, NHS and Community Care Act, Disabled Persons Act and Health and Social Care Act. The Care Act provides a system of support putting the service users in the right care and meeting the care workers needs. This is essential to knowing the service users individual health and safety policies. The Care Act policies are not being met in the Welling’s Ward as the first protocol should be to make sure health and safety standards are made. If this does not happen, the standards of care will fall.
Just structure your answer like this for every policy (DBS checking, health and safety, care act, data protection, care standards, COSHH, manual handling, equality, food safety and the CQC) You don't need to be too careful as this is only a P question, you can just copy and paste the description of the act off their website, link it in your coursework and they just write a sentence or two of how it's being met or unmet at the Beeches centre.

Oh okay thank you, my teacher was clueless if I’m going to be honest and she said to only compared two legislation but I’d seen others do all of the relevant ones.
