Hi People,
Attending the final interview for Tech Track BA Apprentice position in three days time, any hints or tips for me. A bit worried as i havent got any BA background.

Hey, they do ask you some technical questions but it’s more a yes/no answer and if you have done anything like coding etc, you can say you have done that or if you pick up things quickly. I would advise you to do some research in to BA roles so you can tailor your answers to fit. Theres around 3 questions that you should answer using the STAR method (check the civil service website). Think about how you plan and organise a task, how you work in team and how you deal with ‘difficult people/customers/clients’. Good luck!

Sorry for the late reply, it went well and within 2 days i have received an email saying i have been selected. So waiting for the next stage now
