Hi there, what do you mean by 'former' Migrant Worker? Are they no longer working? Can you confirm your status in the UK and your nationality? Also, are you working while you study? Thanks, Jason

This is where the information is coming from:
https://www.practitioners.slc.co.uk/media/2068/sfe-assessing-eligibility-guidance-ay-2526-v20.pdf point 3.14 on page 58.

This is SLC own guidance and I am asking for criteria under category 7A of The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011.

I would like to understand who qualifies as "A Child of Former EEA Migrant Worker" under this category.

Thank you for your help

Hi there, to be eligible for support the student must be covered under the withdrawal agreement, and have been granted pre-settled status under the EUSS. However, it would be beneficial for to provide information to help advise in relation to your query as if the child (student's) situation is unique, then further review of the Migrant Worker regulations may be required. Stephen.
