Edexcel A Level History Paper 3 2025: Rebellion and Disorder Under the Tudors

Has anyone got any predictions for this paper? I've been trying to figure out what the paper was last year. I think there was a question on Tyrone (but not sure if that was question 1 or 2) meaning it has come up twice in a row, so I doubt that will be on it. Question 3 was on how parliament changed OR a borough question. Not sure about the last question. But reply with any predictions please.

Well locality control will come up in every single paper. And Henry vii because there hasn't been a source Q on him for ages

could the northern earls be a prediction for an essay?

Yes. I think Henry vii, Kett and RNE

Does anyone know the probability of them asking a question for BS2 about just one factor and how it changed throughout the period in relation to gaining control of the localities? The majority of the time the invite you to speak about other factors beside the question factor, yet they have asked about only royal progresses before. Im just wondering if there is another factor which has a similar longevity to royal progresses that might be asked about in isolation?

So every localities question has been the same in that you can bring in other factors (making it pretty easy) but there was one that was 'the most effective use of patronage came under the reign in Henry viii'. So I think that there is definitely a possibility that a question could come up about the extent to which the told of JP had changed from 1485-1603

I’m really scared of what will be on the paper. Still got loads of content to cover. Would it be safe to only cover breadth 1, vii and kett?
