I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a large studio at Queen’s Park House, Unite Students.
It’s in a fantastic location ; just a short walk to both Coventry city centre and the university, with plenty of shops nearby.
Room Details:
• Type: Large Studio
• Rent: £144 per week (all bills included)
(At a discounted price as I secured the accommodation during January sale.)
• Tenancy Ends: 6th September
• Availability: I’m hoping to move out in June, but July or August could also work.
• Extras: Quiet, clean space with a separate kitchen area (not open-plan)
