Accommodations and conditional offers in London

Hello! I was wondering what happens if I apply through UCL for intercollegiate accommodation but don't make the conditional offer and instead go to my insurance choice (also in London). Would the accommodation offer still stand since it's intercollegiate? Or should I apply through the University of London? Or through both my insurance and firm option?

Not sure but wouldn't you get an intercollegiate from UCL quota of rooms. I doubt that could be transferred to another university quota. I could be wrong though.
