Hi @astercat,

Exotics and wildlife are embedded throughout the curriculum and are considered as comparative species from year 1. The course has practical animal handling rotations from year 1 that include rotations with exotic species, such as rabbits, guinea pigs and reptiles.

All vet schools cover all species in the curriculum so although some vet schools might have more opportunities to do EMS placements in exotics if they are near zoos the curriculum is pretty much the same at each vet school.
