Jobs at uni

Hi, I'm an offer holder for a course at Glasgow and am thinking about getting a part time job at the uni.

Do any current students have any more information on this, the job role and pay and how to go about getting one?

I’m not a Glasgow student myself, but most unis (including Glasgow) usually have a student job portal or careers service where part-time roles on campus are advertised. Common roles include working in the library, being a student ambassador, or helping out at events and open days. These roles are usually designed to fit around your studies and are quite flexible.
Pay may vary depending on the job, and positions can be competitive, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye out and apply early once enrolled. Best of luck😊
