GCSE revision in a week

Guys I haven't start my revision and like I actually haven't learnt any content for computer science, geography and re cuz I missed the lessons.
I only have a week left but my procrastination and undiagnosed ADHD is really stopping me to revise even though like my brain is constantly reminding me to revsie

Any tips for what I should do?

Prioritise all the exams you have before the half term and use the spec especially for the sciences. Make sure to base all you revision on past papers and mark schemes as it is too late to go through all the content. But obviously make sure you have a rough idea of the content through the spec. Free science lessons is really good for the sciences and for maths literally just do a bunch of exam questions of maths genie. For English honestly the only thing I would do atp is to memorise at least 10/15 quotes for your texts. Make sure you also prioritise your compulsory subjects (maths and english) and this is what unis / jobs etc look for the most. Also don’t be too hard on yourself!! GCSEs aren’t a true reflection of what you are so make sure you are eating and drinking well as well as getting lots of sleep!

Thank you so much for replying, as someone who normally sleeps at 11am I actually woke up at 6am but haven't done any work to this moment
I don't really struggle with sciences and maths but only essay based so anything subject with more than 1 answer and it doesn't just rely on memory
But still thank you so much for your advice, I'll try to do it

No problem and good luck!! For essay based subjects honestly waffling works and if you do RE u can still get away with making up some quotes if you are in the worst case senario lol ( I still ended up with an 8 so don’t stress too much
