Can't log on to sfe application

I had finished setting up an account then it failed to load and crashed. Then I tried to set it up again and it said my account already existed. When I try to log on to my account I get an error message saying something went wrong. I've waited 2 hours and tried again, but the same thing happens. I have tried ringing the helpline but I don't have my reference number (as I can't log on!) so I cannot get through to anyone.
