Need flatmate!!

Hi we're a group of three girls looking for another person, preferably a girl, to live with us as our previous flatmate has unexpectedly dropped out. The person has to be a full time student.

The tenancy starts July 1st and it's £567 a month, bills included. Double bed, big windows, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and two bathrooms. The house is located in the centre of Birmingham, 5 minutes from the St Chads tram stop, 15 minutes from city centre, 15 to Aston uni and 20 to Birmingham city curzon building.
