It should say in your offer conditions. If it is not clear, call the uni and ask.

Please when they offer you unconditional offer, is it after submitting your RPEL portfolio.

An unconditional offer is usually made before an RPEL portfolio submission, it's often a prerequisite for needing to submit one at all. An unconditional offer signifies that you've already met the entry requirements (usually with strong academic grades) and are guaranteed a place, so submitting an RPEL portfolio is typically not necessary.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
Unconditional Offer:
This means your place on the course is secured and there are no further requirements to be met.

RPEL Portfolio:
This is a document that showcases your prior learning and experience to meet the entry requirements of a program.

How they relate:
If you've already achieved an unconditional offer, it's likely that your prior experience and qualifications have already been assessed and deemed sufficient, so you wouldn't need to submit an RPEL portfolio. An RPEL portfolio is typically required when you're applying to a program that recognizes prior learning (e.g., mature students, those with relevant work experience) and may not meet the traditional entry requirements.

Like what normaw said if unsure about anything contact your university about it for future information as they will keep you right 👍.
