Sponsor login details.
I am a sponsor for my daughter and I had a SF account in the 90's when the process was paper based. So I don't have any login details. When speaking to someone to reset my details I failed a screening question as possible there was an error when digitalising my details. I was told I need to write to them in Glasgow giving my current information. I have not heard from them and I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this process successfully?

Hi there, when was this information submitted to the Glasgow office? How was it posted? Once received this is currently taking an estimated 14 working days for to update and generate a new password reset. Thanks, Stephen.
