Uni of Birmingham - BA Cultural and Creative Industries
Hi,
I am interested in applying for the Cultural and Creative Industries course at UoB, however I think it is a relatively new course as I cannot find any information about it online to help me make my decision.
I'd be interested to know if anyone is doing it currently/has graduated? What was the course like, how did it run, do you recommend?
A bit about me - I am interested in working in the TV/theatre/film industry and I have a passion for musical theatre.

Hey! I don’t personally know anyone in the Cultural and Creative Industries course at UoB, but it does sound like a really interesting path, especially with your interest in TV, theatre, and film.
I’d suggest looking up the course page on the uni website and going through the module list to see if the content aligns with your goals. Also, try searching for current students or alumni on LinkedIn..that’s often the best way to get honest insights from people who’ve actually experienced the course.
You can also join the UniBuddy app and see if you can meet any Ambassadors there.
