What are iFlows in SAP CPI, and how do you configure them?

An iFlow (Integration Flow) is the heart of SAP CPI, where you design, configure, and manage integration processes. An iFlow specifies how messages should be processed, transformed, and routed between systems.

Steps to configure iFlow:

Create a New iFlow: Start by creating a new integration flow in SAP CPI’s Integration Design tool.

Define Sender and Receiver Systems: Specify the source and target systems for message exchange, such as SAP ERP or a third-party API.

Define Message Processing Steps:

Add necessary steps like content-based routing, message mapping, and transformation.

Choose appropriate adapters (e.g., SOAP, HTTP, SFTP) for the message transmission.
