Who's Dave?!
You are. Your name is Dave, you live in a Manchester council flat with your girlfriend (who's expecting twins). You see your parents twice a week and go shopping every Wednesday. You've had a fascination with trains all your life and you dream of becoming a train conductor.

Everyone lives in Manchester. The rest of Britain is just some 'outside' crap-hole where our resources are.

There has never been a dull episode of The Simpsons. No matter how many times I have seen an episode, it is always funny.

There is always that 'I've already watched this episode, so I'll watch it again' mentality.

I agree! It's such a flop. If they stop showing The Simpsons, television would never be the same again. It's the only reason why I watch BBC2 anyways! Ok, maybe the odd Weakest Link or Fresh Prince every now and again....

The best comedies are British ones such as:

Monty Python
Blackadder
Only Fools and Horses
Fawlty Towers
The Vicar of Dibley
HIGNFY (if it counts)
Just a minute
I'm sorry I haven't a clue
etc.

What does HIGNFY stand for? And I think The Office should be on that list.
