Are Sanctuary Students accommodations really bad? (Don Gratton, etc.)

Hey,

I've come across sanctuary students halls like Don Gratton House and the Crafts Building which seem to be a good deal for a great location. However, I've read several bad reviews across platforms from a few years ago that are terrible. Is it really (still) this bad? Or are people just angry (rightfully so) at the high London prices?

I'm considering live in sancturay dom as well. I'm a bit concerned about the situation you mentioned. What are these negative reviews about? Where did you see them? I'd really appreciate it if you could share more details.

There are several pages with reviews for student accommodation in London, you can find some on google maps or you just do a quick google search. They're mostly concerning the condition of the buildings, rats, no hot water, etc.
