I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a en-suite at Godiva place .
It’s in a fantastic location ; just a short walk to both Coventry city centre and the university, with plenty of shops nearby.
Room Details:
• Type: en-suite
• Rent: £152 (all bills included)
• Tenancy Ends: 18/12/2025
• Availability: I’m hoping to move out in july but August could also work.( if you move in July , the rent for month would have been paid for cz the expected pay would be in august)
• Extras: Quiet, clean space, few flatmates,private bathroom
