PRE CAS Interview, university of roehampton

Hi, please, my brother has gotten an admission. He was told he would need to do a pre-case interview. It's been over a monthnow and we have not heard back from the university. Is this how it is or do we need to send more emails?

The earliest time for applying for student visa is 3 months before start of course. They would not start the CAS procedure so early.

As he paid the pre sessional fee and the tuition deposit? That is only how he can do the interview

Please I have an issue, I paid in my pre CAS into pre sessional, I thought they were both the same thing, what do I need to do?
Hi all,

I have spoken with a member of the team and been told that students are sent a link to be able to book their pre CAS interview slot, and this is ongoing right the way through to the Autumn. It is hard for us to look into this through this site as we can't give out any confidential information. My colleague is happy to help if you call the admissions line on +44 (0)20 8392 3232 for UK students and +44 (0)20 8392 3192 for international students, or reach out through livechat (https://www.roehampton.ac.uk/contact-us/) and we can then assist.

Please let me know if you need anything else!
