So basically i have been placed on waiting list for plymouth medicine. They said they will respond after 5th of june. But ucas deadline is on 14th of may. So what will happen on ucas

You'll be rejected automatically on UCAS if they don't return a decision by the date in May.
If they have waitlisted you and want to accept you later, they will contact you about the process, (which will almost certainly be via a secret clearing process).
