spouse supporting application-separation

Hi, SFE
I am confused I'm going into my year 3.I started application with my partner, now we are separated. I applied for 25/26 as separated,SFE is asking for prove which I do not have yet as our separation is new.If I put *married* am sure he won't support my application.
I have 3kids.
how do I navigate this as application has not progressed due to this issue.any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. I have no prove yet except email application to the council for housing support.

Do you have an tenancy/mortgage agreement in your name only? Do you have 3 up to date utility bills in your name only?

thank you for your response, the utility bills are in the landlord name cos it is a shared apartment accommodation. I am just trying to get my own accommodation.
