Co-Ownership scenario question

I have a property law exam coming up and am stuck on the structure for a co-ownership problem question. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello @woodohwan

For any law problem question I would recommend using the IRAC structure. IRAC stands for Issue, Rule (or Law), Application and Conclusion and you should do this for each legal issue. At the end you should also include a conclusion, which can only be one line, advising the parties as to their likely outcome or the steps they should take.
