I am considering a standard with catering(Bailey) in St Cuthbert’s Society, but I read that Bailey students may be asked to vacate their rooms over Easter. How likely is it that students who request Bailey will still be placed at Parson’s?

Hiya,
Both Bailey and Parsons are quite popular but I think Parsons tends to be more popular due to the non shared rooms/ensuite rooms and it be self catered. I do rarely hear of cases of students being put in Parsons if they request Bailey or specifically to be catered at Cuths. Still, that isn't really a guarantee that it won't happen.
