Still can't log in to SFE

I'm unable to log on to SFE. When I try to log on, I get an error message. When I try to reset password, I'm told no account exists. When I try to create an account, I'm told I already have an account. So I'm stuck in a loop of error messages, unable to make an application. I cannot get through on the helpline as I do not have a reference number (as I can't log on!), which you need to speak to someone. I've had the same issue for 2 days now. Can someone from SFE please help.

Hi there,

You would need to call us so we can check this for you. When you call if you press option 2 for progress of application, then option 3 for password reset, then option 1 for sponsor, it will then ring and you will be put to an advisor when available.
