Senior Relationship Manager for me. Degree Apprenticeship.

SJT is nothing special. Just think reasonably as to how you'd act based on their values and such. I got strong alignment on the report so I hope that's a good sign.

The numerical portion is basic maths on a rtime limit. I've never been more thankful for a practice test on my life though; please do it

There's a video interview too but again, it's nothing special imo. I do find these to be the hardest parts of a process in general, but they were standard questions.

I meant program used to host the tests. If it's SHL are the numericals timed?

Oh my bad. Yeah it's SHL. The Numerical Test is timed. 11 minutes for 10 questions but you get penalised for not finishing the test. It's maths but also problem solving, not just pure calculations.
