Tenancy takeover - Liverpool 2025/26

I’ve booked accommodation for this next academic year, at cathedral campus in Liverpool, however I have decided to go to Leeds conservatoire instead.

It is about £140 a week, gold en-suite small, really close to LIPA.

They are going to charge me rent if I can’t find another tenant to take over.

Hi I am interested, I was unable to get accommodation at cathedral campus (I am going to LIPA) and I am now scrambling to find somewhere to stay for 2025/26
