Med or Dent?

Hey guys,
I would really appreciate some advice because I feel i'm at a crossroad rn. After GCSE results day I decided I wanted to do dentistry, because I wasn't sure before then and decided I didn't think I could handle medicine ( 2 years junior, specialty...etc). So I done work experience, a uni programme, a uni summer school for dentistry, and an EPQ on dentalphobia, and pretty much was confident this is what I wanted to do. Come year 13, I applied, and made medicine my back up because I didn't really even consider the idea of a back up if i'm honest. Long story short i got 3/4 rejections preinterview for dentistry, wasn't well on the day of my only interview but heyho, and had an interview for medicine. I got rejected from the only university that i had an interview for dentistry with, and somehow actually managed to get an offer for medicine, despite going into the interview with little knowledge or preparation. Now I would appreciate if anyone who ever switched or has been at a similar crossroad like me has any advice or their opinion on either courses.
