Food bisness

Hello everyone, I am 18 years old and I want to start a food business in the summer holidays.
I am good at cooking. I can cook a very delesous meddle Eastern dishes

I know that I need my food and hygiene scertificate

But I'm not really sure what else is needed by the law in the uk

Can anyone with knowlage or experiance give me advice.
