Will a suspension affect my chances of getting into uni?
I was suspended for 2 days for defending my gf from a group of girls who were shouting at her and being aggressive. I said that if any of them touch her it's gonna be a long day for them. I also have said to my friends that I will put a wig and makeup on as a joke. Will this make me not able to go uni?

2 day suspension, you should be fine I don't think they will know the details but they will probably just think you got in a fight and it won't affect you that much

As far as I'm aware, universities would only become aware of your suspension if your school/college mention it in their reference.
It's highly unlikely that they would mention anything like this.
