Grade boundaries for past papers

When doing past papers do you use last year’s grade boundaries or the year before because I’ve been using 2024 the whole time???

i would suggest using the grade boundaries of the year it was in, e.g. use the 2023 grade boundary for the 2023 past paper!!
No don't use 2024's grade boundary, it has no relevance at all to other years' past papers. As @nabs9953 says, use the grade boundary of the year the paper was in.

Be careful though because 2020-2022 had lower grade boundaries due to Covid, so the best papers to do if you want sort of comparable to the grade boundaries now are 2018 (as long as it's not an old spec), 2019, January 2020, and after that from July 2023 onwards.

Makes sense, I’ve been wondering why I’ve been seeing such a variety/same in grades such as maths despite how much practice I’ve done
