Urgent someone help me with business my exam is tommroow edexcel gcse
do I have to learn about consumer rights act, health and safety act and all acts like equality act for 1.5 gcse business edexcel or not or just general info
do I just have to learn employment covers health and safety, pay discrimination ( I mean employment law) and the consequences of not meeting legislation
SO DO I HAVE TO KNWO THE FOLLOWING

WORKING TIME REGULATIONS
CONSUMER RIGHTS
DATA PROTECTION ACT
EQUALITY ACT

Hi there! Not a teacher but a fellow Edexcel student so I hope my teacher has taught me right. As far as I know you don't need to know all the legislation in detail, though for some you may. For the consumer rights act you should know about what consumers can reasonably expect from a product or service and the different return windows. For the equality act you need to know the protected characteristics that employers cannot discriminate against. I'd also recommend revising on the Data Protection Act as I believe I have seen questions about it on past papers. As far as I know you don't need to know about the Pension Act or consumer work time regulations, at least my class never covered those. Obviously I'd recommend checking more concrete sources such as the syllabus on Edexcel's website or commercially available revision guides if you are able.
