Cardiff optometry

Is anyone or has anyone applied to the course of optometry with foundations year at Cardiff is so is it worth it and would you say their accommodation is good.

Not an optometry student, but I know quite a few people who have done the foundation year and I've only heard good things! Definitely a great and more accessible way of getting into optometry. That being said, if you'd like to hear more input from an optometry student themselves, I recommend having a chat with one of our student reps, Praise, who is an optometry student.

In terms of accommodation, there's a wide range of student accomodation that suits a bunch of lifestyles and budgets! I personally had no issues with my student accomodation, I quite enjoyed it. Have you had a thought yet about what kind of student accomodation you would like to live in? Ie., did you want an ensuite or shared bathroom? Bigger or smaller room? That kind of thing :smile:
