Bristol Offer for Mechanical & Electrical Engineering – Can I Switch to Aerospace Lat

Hi everyone,
I just received an offer from the University of Bristol for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. I originally applied for Aerospace Engineering, but they offered me this alternative course instead.

Bristol was my top choice, and while I don’t mind Mechanical Engineering, I’m not so sure about the Electrical side of things. I’m a bit confused now does anyone know if it's possible to switch to Aerospace later on if I accept this offer? Or at least focus more on the Mechanical side after the first year?

Any advice or experiences would really help!

Thanks

Aerospace engineering is a subdiscipline of mechanical engineering, so yes.

I can't comment on what electrical engineering is like, but it's also useful should you decide to go into aerospace engineering.

Usually they dont allow to switch when they give you alternate offer. They should have included it in the offer that you cannot switch.
