English papers are double standards

If teachers were to analyse and interpret our creative writing like how they would to a Shakespeare play -- or even just mark them slightly more attentively and genuinely try to understand the text -- we would get much higher grades.

Timings to English papers are also stupid.
Everyone is just rushing and essays can never be planned properly.
That is not gona test our real language abilities.
