Need help with Criminology unit 2 (WJEC)

I got 5 days from tomorrow until the exam. Im currently on an E/D and still struggle to recall information. I have only just created 200 flashcards from AC1.1-4.3 so the whole of unit 2. How am I meant to remember this in 2 days and then apply it to exams? Im so finished.
