I received conditional acceptance from Warwick on Finance and Accounting. Can I request for placement year or course change to economics?

You can certainly ask for your conditional offer to be switched from Bsc Accounting and Finance (NN34) to Bsc Accounting and Finance with Placement Year (N40Y). That doesn't sound like an unreasonable request, but they may have a limit on the number of "with Placement Year" offers they can make, depending on the links they have with employers, and potential caps on how many students can be placed.

A switch to BSc Economics (L100) could be more problematic, as the entry requirements are higher (A*A*A vs A*AA) and because a lower proportion of Economics applicants receive offers in the first place. However, it does absolutely no harm to ask the question, and won't jeopardise your existing offer.
