Postgraduate Loan and leaving course

Hi,

Unfortunately I am considering withdrawing from my Master's degree due to health reasons. I am in the final term.

Would I be required to repay any part of the loan immediately, or would I simply be required to repay it above the threshold as normal?

I have already received all my payments and I have paid them to the university.

Hi there, only if you received a payment that was designated for a payment period (term) after you withdrew from you course this will be classed as a loan overpayment. If the date you withdrew was after your payment date was scheduled then this would go onto your repayments. Does that make sense? Thanks, Jason
