I have a confirmed offer of accommodation at tribeka leeds, at the lowest price for September 2025. I no longer am going to be going there. If anyone is interested in taking my room, which is in a 6 person en-suite flat, please pm me.

Hi yes ofc, it’s a six person ensuite. The price for the room is 169 per week so a total of 7.4k, much cheaper than uni accom. It’s a ten minute walk to Roger Steven’s and is close to town, Morrisons and Tesco express. There’s a cafe Nero newly built inside tribeka as well. And there’s plenty of study spaces

Hi I’m looking for a Uni of Leeds student to take over my ensuite room. It's called North Hill House, it's a short walk to the campus (approx 15-20 minutes) or is on a regular bus route. It is right near James Baille(a verysocial accom).You'll share 1 kitchen with washer/dryer, lounge. It’s 164/week for the 2025/2026 year. Please let me know if you are interested or would likeanymore details, thanks!
