My answer:
To some extent, urban change in the UK has created more social opportunities than economic opportunities. For example, immigration into Liverpool has created more ethnic diversity. This causes cultural enrichment by introducing new aspects of different cultures such as music, food, and architecture, for example the Chinese Arch.
However, urban change in the UK has created more economic opportunities than social opportunities. An example of this is Merseytravel in Liverpool, which operates all of their transport systems, and this is all connected for customers by a Walrus car6ju kkbd. This is an economic opportunity because it makes it easier for residents and tourists to travel into and around Liverpool. Therefore, there is increased tourism, so more people spend money in Liverpool. This leads to more taxes being paid to the council, so more money can be spent on the improvement of Liverpool.
Overall, urban change in the Uk creates both social and economic opportunities, but more economic opportunities are created.
