UAL Student Accomodation recommendations

Hello! This year, I received an offer from UAL to study art and design during their foundation year at the pre-degree school in Lime Grove. I'm looking for recommendations for accommodation that meets the following criterias:

- It should be owned or managed by UAL.
- It must be located in an area with a low crime rate and a lively atmosphere (It would also be great if it’s close to the centre of London, Oxford Street, Covent Garden and Soho).
- I would like a one-person studio room with an ensuite bathroom (I don’t mind if there is a kitchen in the room).
- It should be close to the building.
- The accommodation should have good staff and international and national students .
