Uni of Manchester or Uni of Edinburgh
I’m from Ireland and looking to study in the UK, and I’m completely torn between Manchester and Edinburgh. I’d appreciate any insight at all into life in either city as a student, which people prefer, advice, etc. I already visited both for a day each, and that almost made the decision harder as I loved both!

Edinburgh would be my preference. A wonderful city and uni. Only downside is that the degree with be a year longer (Scottish unis have 4-year degrees).
