Hey there!
When I sat my UCAT, I bought one of the official books and worked through this! It is definitely a bit of a skill being able to do well in the UCAT and I found that myself (and a lot of people) mainly worked through as many practice questions as possible!
Eventually, you start to be able to spot the trends / patterns and it does become easier!
